Just for clarification, a body-con skirt is what you see on almost every girl at Rutgers on the weekends past 9 o'clock, and a fracket is a "frat-jacket" or a coat you wear to parties that you don't care about. (Both can be sold at participating Forever 21's near you.)
I am usually so worried about being cold when I go out, but because it was so beautiful out I decided not to wear tights with my skirt. Big step, I know. But I think one of the easiest ways to stay warm when going out is to wear tights! You'd be surprised at how many girls I see that don't bother to slip on some nylons--that I think look sexier than bare legs--because...well, I really don't know why they do it! Anyway, to compensate for the bare leg I was showing, I wore a crocheted circle scarf and a long-sleeve shirt. In my picture you can't see my shoes, but I wore chocolate brown suede ankle cowboy boots. They have a 3 1/2 inch chunk heel so they weren't too bad to walk in. Another thing I don't get that girls do is wear stilettos when you know you're going to a frat that's five blocks away. I don't think it's worth it being in that much pain just to look a little bit better, but that's just me.
