“I’m not sure if art should serve a specific purpose. We all look at art differently. I can look at a sculpture of a paper towl roll, and I can be a janitor, and because of that I may have a different relationship with this form than that of a very wealthy person. So, I may look at it totally differently and have a very different reaction to a paper towl roll than Bill Gates because of my relationship to it.
