THIS is kawaii? over-the-top 90's???
but when I search for kawaii I get:
katy perry look-alikes (i.e. her california gurls video)
this girl, complete with strawberry gifs
and this website, covering Harajuku Kawaii which features this pic
while the outfit on the right reminds me of the paint-drippy urb clothing
and Elton of La-D-Da wore Urb leggings at Jeremy Scott...
from what I gather, Kawaii is pink, cutesy, ridiculous, and follows Harajuku
